BIM Modeling, Coordination & Digital Construction

Developing coordination-ready BIM models with structured assemblies, accurate quantities, and constructability-focused detailing.

ABOUT ME

With training in BIM Management and a foundation in interior construction systems, I focus on developing coordination-ready digital models that support clash detection, quantity extraction, and structured documentation workflows. My approach prioritizes constructability, layered assemblies, and information consistency across disciplines.

FEATURED PROJECTS

BIM Coordination: Clash Detection

This project focused on coordinating multi-disciplinary BIM models for an office building using Autodesk Construction Cloud. Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior, and landscape models were federated to identify spatial conflicts between building systems. Clash detection workflows were used to review coordination issues and track conflicts between disciplines.

BIM Modeling: Architecture

This project involved developing a BIM model for an 11-storey residential condominium based on architectural plans submitted for municipal review. The model focused on structured element development and maintaining organized BIM data to support future design changes. Interior layouts and unit design options were also developed within the Revit model.
